4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Submitting a request or completing a review does not guarantee:

• Eligibility for any product, plan, or coverage
• Acceptance by any attorney, platform, carrier, or provider
• Any specific price, premium, fee, or term
• Completion by a particular date
• That an estate will avoid probate, taxes, delay, or dispute

Outcomes depend on your individual circumstances, the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, decisions made by third-party professionals and providers, applicable law in your state, and whether you complete the recommended steps — including signing documents and coordinating your accounts and beneficiary designations.

• Determine their own prices, fees, and terms
• Make their own professional judgments and decisions

• Are responsible for the products, documents, advice, and services they provide

Prospirion does not control and is not responsible for a third party's professional judgment, documents, terms, conduct, website, products, or services.

8. Authorization to Share Information

By submitting a request and providing the required consent, you authorize Prospirion to collect, review, process, and share relevant information with estate planning platforms, attorneys, insurance carriers, referral partners, and service providers for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your request.

You confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate, current, and complete.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, banking credentials, payment-card information, or other highly sensitive information through our website forms. If additional sensitive information is required, you may be directed to a separate secure process.

9. Fees and Compensation

Prospirion may receive compensation from insurance carriers, platforms, referral partners, or other parties in connection with a completed transaction.

If any fee is payable directly by you to Prospirion, that fee will be disclosed separately in writing before you become obligated to pay it.

Third-party attorneys, platforms, and carriers may charge their own fees, premiums, or costs. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all costs before proceeding.

10. Telephone, Email, and SMS Communications

By providing your contact information and giving consent, you agree that Prospirion and its representatives may contact you regarding your request and related services by telephone, email, text message, and automated technology where permitted by law.

Consent to receive automated marketing communications is not a condition of obtaining services.

For text messages:

• Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
